What is the standard delivery timeline for my order?
Most orders are processed within 24-48 hours. Depending on your location, you can expect your footwear to arrive within 3 to 7 business days.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 15-day return and exchange policy for all unworn items in their original packaging. Simply initiate a request through our 'Returns Center' on the website.
Are Walkaroo products covered by a warranty?
Yes, all our footwear comes with a 90-day warranty against manufacturing defects. This does not cover standard wear and tear or damage caused by misuse.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, UPI, net banking, and popular mobile wallets. Cash on Delivery (COD) is also available for most pin codes.
How should I clean and maintain my footwear?
For synthetic and fabric pairs, a damp cloth with mild soap is recommended. For leather products, use a dedicated leather cleaner and avoid direct exposure to sunlight for long periods.
