Returns & Exchanges

At Walkaroo Footwear, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new shoes aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery provided they are in unworn condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Log into your account and navigate to the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Pack the Footwear

  Place the unworn shoes in their original box and secure them inside a shipping mailer with all original tags attached.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email and drop the package off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your replacement pair within 5-7 business days.
